The poster should be in portrait orientation with the size of 4 feet (height) x 3 feet (width).The poster should be in 2-dimensional format on a plain Chart/Card paper. Pop-ups or any hangings on the poster will not be allowed.The poster should be self-made by use of manual or computerized writings, drawings, paintings, or photographs. Copyrighted materials (pictures, drawings, paintings, photographs, etc.) from the internet will not be allowed.Participants are encouraged to present evidence-based information to showcase the poster theme.Three-dimensional posters will be disqualified.In case of any violation of rules, the team shall be disqualified from the competition. However, the team may be allowed to present the poster under non-competitive category. The decision of the chairperson of the scientific program committee will be final.
