Only AIOTA Accredited Colleges will be allowed to participate under the competitive category.
AIOTA Non-Accredited colleges will be allowed to perform under non-competitive category
Only one entry for the group category will be accepted from each college.
Spot entries will not be allowed.
All programs should be in English language only.
Narration/ introduction should be in English language.
Performance content under each category should be for entertainment purposes, should involve only entertainment and should exclude Occupational Therapy practice.
All types of dance forms shall be accepted.
Please avoid any extreme acrobatics or any other action which shall be a threat to life and valuables during the performance.
If a strict timeline is not followed, participation shall not be considered under the competitive category.
Technical hitches from the side of participants shall not be considered.
There should be one faculty coordinator for each college. The coordinator should have registered for the conference. The coordinator should ensure that only registered students are participating in Daiz 2025 & also should provide conference registration details of self and participating students for records.
All Student participation entries have to be made by the coordinator of the respective college by 15th November 2024
Final decision for acceptance of performance will be taken by the cultural committee
Judges' decisions will be final and binding for the cultural events.
Results of all the events will be declared during the valedictory function on the final day of the conference. Minimum 60% scoring given by the Judges is required to get qualified for the prize in each category.
Management or organizers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings
The participants are requested to bring two pen drives to avoid technical disturbance. Out of which, they are also requested to submit one pen drive with the cultural coordinator on the day of the event.
